At Sacred Whispers, each product is carefully selected, created, and packaged with love and intention. We want you to have a positive experience with every purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We accept returns only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Your order number

• Clear photographs of the product received

• Images of the packaging, if applicable

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for return or replacement.

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will process your refund or replacement within 5–7 business days.

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personal and spiritual nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Oracle cards and card decks once opened

• Crystals and gemstones

• Journals and books

• Products purchased during sales or promotional events

• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

• Change of mind or personal preference after purchase

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs so we can assist you promptly.
